Students will have an induction test at the beginning of the term to determine which course will be most suited for them. All lessons, in the Primary English course, are two hours per week over a 12 week period. Once each course is completed, students will receive a certificate and move on to the next course.
The primary courses are as follows with a short introduction as to what they will be learning:
Big English Starters: Greetings, family, numbers, colours, clothes, weather.
Big English 1: Classroom items, family, body, at home, animals.
Big English 2: Present continuous, playground, town, jobs, my day, food.
Big English 3: Daily routines, professions, working, weather and health.
Big English 4: Comparisons, present continuous questions, should and shouldn’t, manners.
Big English 5: Interests, family, holidays, future and gadgets.
